Arenthern, as a shipping agent, sets as its Quality Management System Policy the provision of services that fulfil the needs of its clients and third parties ensuring a solid relationship established by a high level of quality service.

Top Management keeps present in the definition of strategic goals the principles covered in a management by processes, the risk evaluation, the continuous improvement of the system effectiveness and the overall clients, suppliers and partners satisfaction evaluation.

The involvement and commitment of all employees in permanent alignment regarding the strategic goals is essential to Arenthern success and thereby one of the reasons we undertake the compromise on a continuous improvement of the quality management system effectiveness, accordingly with NP EN ISO 9001:2015 requirements and with all relevant national legislation requirements applied to the activity sector.

In this sense, we focus our work on the following pillars: customer emphasis, and consequent quality of provided services.
